Randi L. Peyton

Randi L. Peyton primarily focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings for properties throughout southeast Louisiana, but she also handles all matters ancillary to the title process, such as reviewing encroachments and measurements revealed by boundary surveys. Additionally, Randi functions as one of the Company's title examiners. She also is actively engaged in land law research regarding current legislation on various subjects. These are then implemented into continuing education classes, of which she is an approved instructor under the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Prior to joining Title Stream, Randi litigated civil cases involving real estate transactions, lease agreements, eviction proceedings, successions, and general family law matters.Randi graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she received her B.A. in English, History, and French. From there, she went on to earn her J.D. and D.C.L. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center and Université Jean Moulin, Lyon III, Lyon Law School. Randi is licensed to practice law in Louisiana.It may seem like Randi's life is real estate law all day and everyday, but in her spare time Randi also enjoys exploring different types of artistic hobbies.
