Randi L. Peyton
Randi L. Peyton is a dedicated attorney specializing in residential and commercial real estate closings throughout Southeast Louisiana. In addition to handling all aspects of the title process, such as reviewing boundary surveys and encroachments, she serves as one of Title Stream’s title examiners. Randi’s expertise extends to land law research, where she examines current legislation and incorporates her findings into continuing education classes as an approved instructor under the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
Before joining Title Stream, Randi gained valuable experience litigating civil cases related to real estate transactions, lease agreements, eviction proceedings, successions, and general family law. Randi holds a B.A. in English, History, and French from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned her J.D. and D.C.L. from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center and Université Jean Moulin, Lyon III, Lyon Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
While real estate law is a significant part of her life, Randi also enjoys exploring various artistic hobbies in her spare time, bringing a creative balance to her professional career.
