John A. Costello

John A. Costello, Notary and Business Development Director for Title Stream’s Metairie Office, has been a dedicated professional in the title industry since joining Title Stream in April 1999. With a strong foundation as a former mortgage loan officer specializing in conforming and non-conforming loans, John has developed a deep understanding of the title process—from contract preparation to resolving complex title issues.

 

A licensed notary since 2012 and a title insurance agent in both Louisiana and Mississippi, John has conducted hundreds of closings. He finds immense gratification in helping buyers and sellers, particularly first-time homebuyers, and solving challenging title matters.

 

John’s industry leadership is well-recognized. In 2004, he was named Affiliate of the Year by the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. He has also served as Vice President and President of the Mortgage Lender’s Association of Greater New Orleans and is an active member of NOMAR’s Affiliate Committee, as well as the Louisiana and National Notary Associations.

 

Originally from Queens, New York, John’s personal interests include running, cycling, snowboarding, and collecting model trains. His dedication to clients and industry expertise make him a trusted resource in the real estate and title community.
