Andrew J. Treuting

Andrew J. Treuting presently heads Title Stream’s Commercial Services Department. In that role, Andrew supervises and conducts commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of Louisiana, with client relationships on both a local and national level. Andrew’s practice focuses on all matters of property law, contract drafting and review, business organization, and estate planning and administration.

Andrew received his B.A. in English Literature, with a minor in Political Science, from Louisiana State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. Andrew is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and practices before all Louisiana State Courts. He is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association, an affiliate member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and licensed with the State of Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance as a title insurance producer. In addition to the practice of law, Andrew is licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as both a pre-licensing and post-licensing real estate course instructor.

In his spare time, Andrew most enjoys spending time with his wife, Catherine, and their children. Having grown up in a very large Louisiana family, Andrew is an avid foodie and considers himself an amateur chef, so his family time generally centers around the kitchen, or by a boiling pot or grill at their home in New Orleans.
