Brennan Mackey Pizzolato is a commercial real estate attorney that specializes in complex title examination and issuing title insurance on commercial properties across the State of Louisiana. Past projects include cell towers, strip malls, hotels, apartment complexes, and industrial sites. She also represents buyers and sellers of commercial property and high-end residential property. Brennan excels at spotting issues or potential issues before they have a chance to unravel a deal. She views title work and defects like a puzzle that needs to be put back together and is always looking for that missing piece.
Brennan was born to be in the real estate industry. A native of Baton Rouge, she grew up in a family full of real estate professionals. Brennan earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of New Orleans, followed by receiving her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans.
Brennan is a member of the New Orleans chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), a national organization that empowers women involved in commercial real estate from across a wide spectrum of different industries, but who are all experts in their line of work. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Louisiana Land Title Association, and is a licensed title insurance producer.
Brennan lives with her husband and their two incredible daughters. In addition to being an avid reader, she one day hopes to write short stories using some of the 100+ Southern names of yore she has been amassing in her years of reviewing Louisiana land records. She enjoys cooking for her family and friends, and is particularly skillful in replicating fancy and expensive cocktails that grace many of New Orleans’ great menus.
